Our Story

Attari Capital was founded in 2016 to provide high quality, data driven business optimization services to companies from various industries at cost effective price points.

We are an independent, boutique advisory that performs valuation services, capital raising advisory services, mergers and acquisitions advisory, due diligence as well as management consulting services for small to medium size companies. We also offer a “one stop shop” service for start-ups from business plan creation and validation to company structure, formation, setup and tax advisory.

We have a diverse work experience which includes investment banking, consulting, and tax advisory.

Our experience has a global footprint with professionals who have executed projects in America, Canada, Italy, England, Portugal, Australia, Bahrain, Malaysia, India and have worked for clients in Germany, Finland, Poland, Greece, Iceland, Turkey, Brazil, Ecuador, Morocco, Kuwait, Kenya and South Africa.

Our professional experience also includes advising on deals of ~$4 billion in capital placement as well as advising on several major airline restructurings in the world.

Shannon Attari

Shannon founded Attari Capital in 2016. Over the past few years he has lead and completed restructuring engagements in the Aviation and F&B industry as well as advised clients on investment banking and enterprise cost reduction projects. Shannon has also advised startups on growth capital transactions and contract negotiation. Prior to founding Attari Capital, Shannon was Vice President at the Seabury Group in New York where he spent 10 years as an Investment Banker executing on a number of transactions; ~$4B of capital placement including PIPEs, M&A and debt refinancing deals.

 

Shannon was involved in capital raises in the aviation, aerospace, maritime, financial services and offshore oil services industry. He was involved in the highly successful liquidity financing programs for US Airways ($525M) and Air Canada (C$1B) and advised Frontier Airlines in its acquisition by Republic Airways ($109M) and ExpressJet in its acquisition by SkyWest Airlines ($133M). Prior to joining the investment banking group at Seabury, Shannon worked with the consulting group and advised clients on business optimization and strategy. 

 

Shannon holds a B.Sc. in Statistics from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai and a B.A. in Economics with a specialization in Finance from Adelphi University, New York. He is a FINRA registered representative with Series 7, 63 and 79.
